Doctor Enduro builds and distributes top quality stators and stator rewinding for increased lighting coil output. We offer a few different complete electrical system kits and independent stator options per bike. Each stator is noted with the light kit it works best with. Our rewinds are race tested and are warrantied against failure indefinitely. Pricing ranges from $90 to $150 for most applications. For rewinds, average turnaround time is 5-7 working days once your stator arrives, however it can take longer during periods of heavy volume (usually in the weeks prior to major night racing events.) Please email or call to confirm our current turnaround time. We do not offer exchanges as most stators have ignition windings on the same unit. Do not send your stator without calling first as an order confirmation number must first be assigned. We do not offer rewind service for non-US XR's.

2000-on CR250 External stator This high power 180 watt stator assembly consists of a billet machined cover, lighting coil, flywheel magnet and voltage regulator. It is a bolt on assembly that supplies lighting power completely independent of your bikes ignition system. It can be used to provide lighting power for a dual sport conversion, powerful night lighting, or grip heaters. If you're looking to achieve the best possible lighting coil output from your rewound CRF450R stator, a high-energy flywheel is a must. These flywheels use stronger than stock magnets to increase electrical output from your stator throughout the RPM range. Along with boosting coil output, these flywheels are also weighted heavier than stock to improve low RPM tractibility and help prevent engine stalling. There are three weight options available: +5/9oz, +7/9oz, & +9/11oz. The first number describes the weight added to '02 & '03 model year bikes. The second number describes the weight added to '04-on model year bikes.
